Abia Villa Legian

The villas were exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Location to Legian and Kuta was great. We had a scooter, so getting around was easy for us. Access was off the street and no noise from the street or other places could be heard. Bed was super comfy. Shower and bath facilities in the room was divine. Loved the outdoor shower! Villa was close to "The Flash Gym" which is $10 per day, per visit. Very easy to walk to and great equipment. We got tattoos during our visit and housekeeping put sheets and towels in our rooms that we could get ink on at no cost, this was also a great idea. Just ask reception to arrange this for you when required.

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The Villa was well presented, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping attended every day and changed the towels. Room service from the Cafe/Restaurant located onsite was 10/10. Didn’t have to wait long after ordering for it to arrive at the Villa. When dinning in at the Cafe/Restaurant service was great, food was prepared fresh and well presented with friendly staff. The only thing I could recommend, would be to have a cleaning cloth in the room so guests can wipe down the bench and sink area, however this is so minor and not a negative just a suggestion. Overall the Villa and property was wonderful and what you see in the photos online is what you get. Location is great and close to everything but you don’t hear the traffic. The Villa was absolutely beautiful, staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, they would not let you walk past the reception without greeting you and having a chat. The rooms were extremely clean and housekeepers had a great attention to detail. Even though there was no microwave in the room, the kitchen staff were happy to reheat food for us and deliver back to the room.

10/10 Villa The staff are incredible super friendly and helpful always smiling and greeting you! They organised a bike for our trip which was super handy and picked us up and took us back to the airport. Villa is just beautiful and great location very central to everywhere we like to eat and drink / shop. Breakfast included in the stay plus free of charge afternoon tea. Pool table in the lobby was fun for a couple games of pool late in the night

We stayed in a two bedroom Villa and it was just delightful. As you walk through the door you enter the outside area with pool, tea and coffee making facilities, dining table and fridge. There is also a couch and TV area, all undercover. The pool was really clean and the hotel had organised a pool fence to be put up for us which really gave me peace of mind with my little toddler. The two rooms had sliding doors which opened out into the pool area. The rooms were very spacious and the large bed was soooo comfortable! Each room also had its own bathroom with separate bath and an open roof shower which was really refreshing in the evening after a hot day. I also had a couple of super relaxing bubble baths. Bathroom products (shampoo / conditioner / shower gel etc) we're provided. Each day four bottles of water were placed in the kitchen area and two more in each bathroom. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day which was so nice to come back to after busy days out. Most of all the staff were just delightful! They were all so friendly and welcoming, and if we ever needed anything we just had to ask and they went out of their way to help us out, including organising for us to rent a stroller for our toddler which was brought to the hotel for us to use while we were there. The location is great with lots of shopping nearby, cafes and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach.
